Medical Letter
Travelling Abroad?
f you’re planning to travel with prescription medication—especially when flying—it’s a good idea to have a medical letter from your prescribing practitioner, just to make everything smooth and stress-free at security. We can sort this for you for a £15 service fee, and the letter will be valid for a full year. All we ask is that the medication was purchased from us within the last month.
Safe travels, and we’re here if you need anything! 💙✈️
Kindly allow for a minimum of 14 days prior to your travel to facilitate the processing of your flight letter this is sent to you via email.
When packing your belongings, please be mindful of the following: medications may be placed in either your carry-on or checked baggage. It is imperative not to include ice packs in your checked baggage unless they are entirely waterproof to prevent seepage and are adequately secured.
For short flights and temperatures below 30 degrees, it is permissible to transport your medication without ice packs. While it is possible that the ice pack may be confiscated at security, its inclusion in your documentation minimises this likelihood.
It is advised to store your ice pack in the freezer preceding your travel. It is crucial to note that under no circumstances should your medication be frozen.
