Privacy Policy

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

Refund Policy

Once your products have been dispatched we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

If in the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged. You would need to return the product and we would carry out a full investigation with the courier and the pharmacy.

If the product has been damaged, we will send you a full replacement on receipt of the returned damaged package and products.

We are not responsible for any breakages. loss or damage to your products once you have started using them.

We are not responsible for any misuse of the products.

Full instructions on how to use the products are sent and it is your responsibility to use the products carefully and correctly

It is your responsibility to store the products correctly and safely away from children. The company is not responsible for any accident or injury caused to yourself or any third parties  

Your payment is for the products and not for any guarantees of weight-loss or other complaints.

 

We do not issue refunds for any situations such as no weight loss, weight gain, or any side effects experienced whilst taking these medicines

If requiring a partial refund or full refund for orders not dispatched- we do charge a £30 admin fee

Request For Information

A standard administration fee applies for any requested clinical information.

 

These may include a full copy of your medical file, copies of prescriptions, or confirmation from your prescribing clinician confirming your current medication and dosage.

Email Confirmation of current medication details issued within 3 months for named patient £60

Emailed copy of one prescription issued within 3 months £90

Full Set of medical records posted in hard copy including all copies of past prescriptions ( we do not email this

information) £150

*Presenting a copy of your prescription to obtain medication from another organisation without the prescriber's knowledge or written consent is illegal and fraudulent with the risk of custodial and legal implications

On receipt of payment-Please allow minimum 48 hours (excluding weekends & bank holidays) to process clinical information

Complaints Procedure

WLO Ltd (The SkinnyJab) prioritizes the handling of complaints with utmost seriousness, aiming to expeditiously and amicably address any issues that may arise.

 

Should you have a complaint, we kindly request that you communicate with us via email at info@theskinnyjab.co.uk.

 

Please allow for a period of up to 7 days for a response, as we will require this time to gather pertinent information related to your complaint.

 

We respectfully urge you not to post a negative review prior to lodging your complaint.

 

In the majority of cases, we are committed to seeking solutions and achieving positive outcomes in addressing any issues that may arise.

Medical Responsibility

When you join our patient community, we will pair you with a dedicated, highly qualified Nurse Practitioner who will oversee your care throughout your treatment.

 

Your clinician will be available for direct contact during regular working hours and around the clock in case of emergencies.

 

We prioritize providing support tailored to your needs, ensuring that you are not overwhelmed with excessive communication.

 

You have the autonomy to determine the level of assistance that best suits you.

Delivery Policy

All products are packed carefully and securely with cold chain packaging where required

 

Your products will be dispatched usually the next working day if the products are in stock. Sometimes there can be a few days delay if we are waiting for the pharmacy to sign off the products. This is out of our control and should not be a reflection on the company's efficiency.

Prescription medications have to go through necessary checks which can cause slight delays.

The cut-off time for next day delivery is midday, if orders are received after this time then your delivery date will be the following day. We aim to dispatch your products within 24-28 hours from receiving your order.

 

We also offer Saturday delivery free of charge

We do not deliver on Sundays, Mondays or Bank Holidays

If you order after midday on Friday, Saturdays or Sundays your delivery will be the following Tuesday

If your address changes or you would like your parcel sent to a different delivery address, please send all requests via text message to 07803 44 0539

All international and national packing and postage is free of charge.

All international deliveries are sent with the required paperwork and prescription details, our clinical team provide this service free of charge

We are not responsible and will not pay any customs charges

Northern Ireland and regions of Northern Scotland are sent on a two day tracked via DPD

Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man are sent tracked and signed for via Royal Mail

Southern Ireland can be sent direct via Royal Mail, but the tracking information stops when left the UK.

International deliveries are sent direct via Royal Mail, we cannot track the parcels after they leave the UK

We are not responsible if your parcel to an international destination does not arrive, this is at your own risk and refunds will not be issued for lost parcels

If we request the completion of a health form, please do this immediately as this can cause delays to your order being dispatched

Delivery for UK destinations is via DPD, you can request your parcel is left in a safe place if not in. We are not responsible for delivery requests, please follow the link sent to you via DPD to rearrange your delivery.

Payment for your products must be received in full before dispatch is initiated.

We inform you of the status of your delivery with tracking details. 

It is your responsibility to collect and receive your goods. This is not the responsibility of WLO Ltd and no refunds will be issued if you miss your delivery or is returned back to us

If you wish for your parcel to be resent due to missing the delivery and is returned to us. On receipt of the parcel returned we will repack and resend it at a charge of £10

If the courier company loses your products and they don't actually arrive, a replacement will be sent out immediately.

If you refuse your products and return to the courier, we will not issue a replacement or a refund
